- Cookies: this website is designed to work without marketing cookies; any technical cookies are used only for core functionality.

- Handling inquiries and communication — performance of a contract / steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Website security — legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4) Recipients / processors
Your data may be processed by hosting and email service providers (processors) to the extent necessary to operate the website and communicate. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.
5) Retention
- We retain the data from the contact form only for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data are processed.
- Operational logs are typically kept for 30–90 days (depending on hosting settings) for security purposes.
6) Use of AI
To respond faster and prepare drafts, we may use AI tools internally. We do not feed sensitive data into AI tools and always minimize data. If a specific engagement required processing data in a third‑party AI system, it would be handled contractually and transparently.
